Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention (mindfulness), intended to cleanse and heal the body.

The sun salutations are a way of connecting with the solar energy and to remember that life is about balance. Just as the seasons bring balance to the earth, the sun salutations bring balance to your body by purifying the endocrine system, calming the nervous system, and detoxifying the entire body.

For Yoga students looking for something beyond physical postures. Yin yoga addresses the deeper spiritual dimensions of yoga, with helpful views on chakras & breathing exercises as a form of meditation. The yin aspect (using postures that stretch connective tissue) is vital for a balanced approach to physical & mental health. This class is challenging & endurance focused.
NOTE: Class alternates weeks with the OMG! class - The Back Remedy

A 1-hour gentle yoga series geared toward relieving low back pain, the most common complaint we hear. All postures are done on the floor, placing no weight on the legs. The postures are intended to bring awareness to the way we hold our bodies.

Partners Yoga workshop is perfect for developing a deeper knowledge of self through trust and support. This workshop is great for couples or friends. It requires no previous knowledge of yoga. The poses are fun & non-strenouous.

Challenge your body and mind through YOGA BURN designed to deepen your practice, work muscles via repetitions and slow, continuous movement, boost fat-burning muscle and bone density, which begin to decrease in your 20s and 30s. With slow concentration on your movement, train your mind to be present; it becomes a form of meditation, making your practice feel deep and more rewarding.

This 7 day series is intended for intermediate students that are interested in deepening their yoga practice, these classes will focus on healthy alignment (protecting the shoulders, knees, lower back, etc.), clear actions to the poses, modifications for common injuries, pranayama (breathwork) importance while holding the poses longer and an all around deeper understanding of Hatha Yoga. 7 Days 2-Hour Sessions $140.00. Sunday Restorative class included.

OMG! is an intensive yoga class designed to deepen your current practice. You'll feel the affects the next day. Om Goodness keeps the focus within the body while the physical effects follow.
NOTE: Not suitable for beginners

- Eat 2 – 3 hours before class
- Drop in - $15.00/class unless series
